Privacy & discretion

Privacy Policy.

Effective October 15, 2026. This policy describes information collected through the Firm Record Partners website.

Information you provide

Our evaluation form collects your industry, operating history, employee range, categories of records maintained, and how far back those records go. It also collects your name, company name, business email, and, if provided, job title, company website, phone number, and comments. Our general inquiry form collects your name, company, email, and question.

We also record the submission type, submission time, source page, your consent to be contacted, and campaign parameters (UTM values) when present in the page URL. Please do not include confidential client details, sensitive personal information, operational records, or system credentials in any form.

How we use information

We use contact and qualification information to review potential fit, respond to questions, and discuss possible next steps. Submitting a form does not authorize an introduction. A buyer introduction requires your separate express authorization. Form answers are not sent automatically to any buyer or advertising platform.

Service providers and storage

Website hosting and database providers process submissions to operate this site and securely store inquiry information. Access to lead information is restricted to authorized administrators. We do not sell form submissions or make them publicly accessible.

Operational datasets are not collected

We do not request or collect operational datasets, documents, files, or system credentials through this website. There is no file-upload facility. Any potential licensing diligence or transfer is handled directly between your company and a buyer under separately agreed terms.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections, server-side validation, restricted database access, and spam controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain inquiries as needed to assess and respond to them and maintain relevant business records, or as required by law. You may ask us to delete your information.

Cookies, storage, and analytics

The public site does not set advertising or marketing cookies and does not install advertising trackers. We do not send form answers to advertising platforms. Campaign parameters are read from the page URL and stored with your inquiry. Administrator sign-in uses browser storage to maintain an authenticated session; it is not used to track public visitors. Our hosting provider may process basic technical request information to operate, secure, and measure the service.

Your questions and deletion requests

To ask about this policy, correct your inquiry information, or request deletion, email rob@firmrecordpartners.com. We may ask for information needed to verify your request and may retain information where legally required.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
