The introduction process

Five Steps. Your Decision at Every One.

A considered process, from an initial company profile to a potential buyer introduction. You stay in control of your records and your decisions.

01

Tell us about your company

Complete a short five-question evaluation covering industry, business history, and the types of operational records maintained. No datasets, documents, or credentials are requested.

02

We review potential fit

We evaluate whether the profile may align with known buyer categories and referral requirements. This is an initial assessment, not a valuation or a guarantee of buyer interest.

03

We explain the potential opportunity

If there appears to be a reasonable fit, we contact you to explain possible next steps, including any relevant buyer relationship. You can ask questions before deciding.

04

You authorize an introduction

Only after your express consent do we introduce your company to a potential buyer. We do not provide your operational datasets to buyers.

05

You decide whether to license

Any agreement is negotiated and executed directly between your company and the buyer. Your company, its counsel, and the buyer determine rights clearance, confidentiality, anonymization, security, and licensing terms. Firm Record Partners is not a contracting party to the data license.
